Although I've become an accidental techie, all of the tools listed here are about as user friendly as it gets and will significantly improve the efficiency of your nonprofit's operations.
Most are free with some requiring proof of nonprofit status and a short application.

Setup is a breeze, but if you need help there's a big support community and you're also welcome to email me. You'll reduce training costs (what college grad doesn't know how to use Gmail?) and Google Apps also integrates well with other tools I've listed including Salesforce!
Is your nonprofit's email still [org name]@gmail.com? If so, you need to move that account into Google Apps so your email can be [your name]@[org name].org.
Free for Non-Profits and Schools but the same functionality as Google Apps Pro.
